Green Chilli Chimichurri

    • 1 (100g) tin chopped green chillies
    • 1 bunch coriander leaves, stems removed
    • 5 cloves garlic, or more to taste
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1/4 cup olive oil, separated, or to taste
    • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

    1. Blend green chillies, coriander, garlic, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons olive oil together in the bowl of a food processor. Pour remaining olive oil in a thin stream through the feed tube until mixture reaches sauce consistency. Season with salt and pepper then pulse to combine.

    This was really good and could be used on many different things. I am going to use of the leftover tonight on my scrambled eggs. I do feel it could use a little heat but that is an easy fix and the only thing I will change next time.  -  17 Mar 2016  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
