Chimichurri is a green sauce (similar to salsa verde), which originates from Argentina and Uruguay. It's used as a seasoning and marinade for barbecued meat. This version is absolutely perfect, my husband is Argentinian and he absolutely fell in love with this.

This is a solid recipe. I would have expected more garlic. I made it as stated and it was good. I doubled the garlic and let it rest in the refrigerator to meld the flavors and it was great.
