Chocolate or Vanilla Confetti Fudge

    Serves: 12 

    • Chocolate Fudge
    • 450g chocolate frosting
    • 200g milk cooking chocolate or chocolate chips
    • 140g dark cooking chocolate or chocolate chips
    • sprinkles, optional
    • Vanilla Confetti Frudge
    • 450g vanilla frosting
    • 340g white cooking chocolate or white chocolate chips
    • 40g bright coloured sprinkles
    • extra sprinkles, to garnish

    1. Chocolate Fudge: Line a 17 x 28cm dish with baking paper.
    2. In a heatproof bowl over a low level saucepan of boiling water, (water shouldn't touch the bowl) melt the chocolate. Stir in frosting until well combined.
    3. Spread the mixture evenly into the dish and sprinkle with the sprinkles if desired.
    4. Place in fridge to set for 30 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
    5. Vanilla Confetti Frudge: Repeat the steps above. Melt the chocolate, stir in the frosting then stir in the sprinkles. Sprinkle with the extra sprinkles.
