Best Green Smoothie

    Kale, spinach, coconut and almond milk are blended together, creating the best green juice that is quick to prepare.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    • 4 leaves kale, chopped
    • 1 cup fresh coconut meat
    • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
    • 1 stalk celery, chopped
    • 1/2 cup spinach
    • 1 cup coconut water
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 lemon, juiced

    1. Place apple, kale, coconut meat, cucumber, celery and spinach in a blender, then top with coconut water, almond milk, water and lemon juice. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    Cook's Note:

    Blend until smooth depending on your blender's ability. You may need to strain your mixture to achieve a drinkable consistency.
