2 cups fresh spinach leaves
2 bananas, cut into chunks
30g firm tofu
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
235 ml unsweetened apple juice, or to taste

Place spinach, bananas, tofu, coconut, peaches, pineapple, mango and strawberries, respectively, in a blender, then pour in apple juice.
Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more apple juice as necessary.
I promise you cant taste the tofu or the spinach. It's really amazing. I love to prepare my smoothie the night before. I freeze it and in the morning I take it with me to work and leave it out. Within a couple of hours its thawed out perfectly and tastes great.
