I'm not much for coconut, but this cake is good. I want to let others know, however, that most cake mixes on the market today are no longer 18.25 ounces; they've shaved off anywhere from 2-3 ounces to save themselves some money on production costs, etc., and boost their profits at the same time. Adjust the recipe accordingly.  -  22 Jun 2018  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

I made this cake but with a couple tweaks! I didn't use the sweetened condensed milk, I made fresh whipped cream (I never, ever use Cool Whip) and I toasted the coconut before sprinkling it on top. It turned out great! Very moist and sweet enough!  -  12 Aug 2018  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

Haven’t made it yet but going to today. Want to thank those who told where to find coconut cream. Tried to find some the other day and could not. Will try again now I know where to look. ??  -  08 Aug 2018  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
