Chocolate cookies that taste amazing. Relatively easy to make, they have great texture, and the taste is incredible. This recipe can be made gluten-free quite easily, and still taste great.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix peanut butter and chocolate together. Melt in microwave. Added melted butter. Add brown sugar and mix.
Add vanilla extract, egg and flour. Mix again.
Spoon dough out into 3 cm long balls and flatten slightly with hands. Place onto prepared baking tray, being careful to leave around 10cm between each spoonful of dough, as they will spread.
Cook for 15 minutes or until cookies have flattened down to about 0.7 cm high.
