Delicious, nutritious and tasty! A healthy smoothie based on yoghurt and blackcurrant juice, with coconut water, almond milk and flaxseed oil..

Serves: 1 

  • Smoothie
  • 1/3 cup Barker's Unsweetened Blackadder Blackcurrant juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek style natural yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Flaxseed Oil
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • To Garnish
  • handful shaved dark chocolate
  • cacao nibs or chopped almonds

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Smoothie: Place all liquid ingredients and ice cubes in a blender then blitz until smooth.
  2. Garnish then serve.
