This is my favourite açaí bowl recipe, which uses very few ingredients. Acai bowls make a great breakfast, giving you two of your five a day.

100 g frozen açaí pulp
1 large banana
soya milk, as needed
granola, for topping

Blend the açaí pulp with 2/3 of the banana and enough soya milk to make the blender run. Start small (2 tablespoons) and add more as needed. Stop when it reaches a thick consistency, like frozen yoghurt.
Pour it into a bowl and top with your favourite granola and the leftover banana in slices.
