This is my favourite açaí bowl recipe, which uses very few ingredients. Acai bowls make a great breakfast, giving you two of your five a day.


Makes: 1 bowl

  • 100 g frozen açaí pulp
  • 1 large banana
  • soya milk, as needed
  • granola, for topping

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Blend the açaí pulp with 2/3 of the banana and enough soya milk to make the blender run. Start small (2 tablespoons) and add more as needed. Stop when it reaches a thick consistency, like frozen yoghurt.
  2. Pour it into a bowl and top with your favourite granola and the leftover banana in slices.
