    This is a south Indian delicious omelette. There is some masala spice and chilli to give it that Indian floavour.

    Serves: 1 

    • 2 tablespoon milk
    • 1 tablespoon masala
    • 1/2 tablespoon salt
    • 1 brown onion, diced
    • 2 chillies, cut into pieces
    • 2 free range eggs
    • 1 tablespoon oil, for cooking

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Pour milk in a bowl than add the masala and salt, stir them well. Add onion and chillies then mix them until the masala with milk combined together.
    2. Add eggs now and stir them well until all ingredients are combined.
    3. Heat the frypan, check the temperature by sprinkling water and watching it boil off, making sure the pan isn't too hot.
    4. Pour in the omelette mixture and spread around the base of the frypan.
    5. Add the oil to the frypan then cook until golden brownish colour on both sides.

    I tried this recipe and it was yummy but me being me i made two changes for extra bite and smokyness i used harrissa paste instead of chillie , i also added a pinch of mustard for a little bite and of coarsea torn up peice of bocconcini for some soft cheesy stretch witout using some cheap tasteless processed cheese lol  -  24 Jul 2016
