This is a quick and easy BBQ dinner, although the bacon is super tasty it also protects the prawns and scallops from the heat of the BBQ creating a super moist and succulent result.
Individually wrap each prawn and scallop with the bacon then thread onto a skewer.
Combine the butter and garlic. Brush over the bacon wrapped prawn and scallop skewers.
Place on a medium heat BBQ then cook, turning regularly and basting with additional garlic butter as required until the prawns and scallops become opaque. Serve immediately.
