Creamy Orange Ricotta Cheesecake

The great combination of these ingredients creates a perfect cheesecake. The ricotta cheese gives an amazing creamy texture, while the touch of orange gives a lovely citrus flavour. Plus, it is as easy as it gets - put everything in the food processor and that's it!

- 1 (400g) tin sweetened condensed milk
- 400g ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons orange juice, freshly squeezed

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 20cm springform cake tin with baking paper and generously grease with margarine.
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon the mixture into the prepared cake tin and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve sliced with a dollop of whipped cream or a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
