    Slow Cooked easy vegetable soup

    Ingredients

    • 2 carrots
    • 2 sticks celery
    • 1 1/2 cups red lentils
    • 1 onion
    • 1 large clove garlic
    • 2 potatoes
    • Approx 500g pumpkin
    • Approx 13 grinds black pepper
    • pinch salt

    Directions

    1. chop all veges roughly (see photo as to how rough )
    2. cooked in large slow cooker (5.5 litre) for approx 8 hours
    3. Blend in food processor and serve
