In a saucepan cook onion in butter. Add in the stock cube crumble it up into fine pieces. Add pumpkin, potatoes, water, ground ginger, ground nutmeg and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes or until pumpkin and potatoes are tender. Make sure the ingredients are fresh and don't reuse products that are out of date.
Add the milk and then blend until it's up with your likings.
Make sure it's not lumpy, if so blend till perfect to your taste buds!!😘😆
For serving it sprinkle nutmeg on top.
