Cook the onions, mushroom and garlic in pan until soft using pure sesame oil.
Add and mix all the remaining ingredients (except pastry and butter) together in a bowl then season with salt and pepper to taste. Use either the tomato sauce or barbecue sauce to adjust the flavour as required.
Cut puff pastry into half then place the mixture on the long edge of the pastry and roll, finally seal the pastry with butter. Brush butter over pastry.
Cut the sausage rolls into the desire length.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
