I am officially saving you from the Easter binge with this awesome Easter egg recipe that is low in carbs, free from sugar and still absolutely delicious! (I promise). Now you can still get your chocolate fix without worrying about empty calories and processed junk food. Please let me know what you think…I love to hear feedback on my recipes.
Easter Eggs: Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until solid enough to roll into shapes.
Roll small amounts into egg shapes and place in the fridge again to set completely.
Chocolate Coating Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
To Assemble: Place 1 Paleo Easter egg in the chocolate coating at a time. Using a spoon, turn the egg until completely covered. Place the chocolate coated eggs on a plate. Refrigerate until chocolate coating is set.
