Cook sausages and cut into bite sized pieces, set aside.
Fry onion and garlic until onion is softened.
Return sausage pieces to pan with onions, add curry powder, cover and cook on low for 30 mins
Add peas, cover and keep cooking for another 10 mins
Add carnation milk.
mix cornflour and a little milk together and add to meal, bring to boil to thicken, if not thick enough add more cornflour if too thick just add normal milk to thin.
Cover and turn down low while cooking rice.
Cook rice in boiling salted water, drain and serve topped with curry.
Tip
Its easy to vary the quantities to suit your self eg more or less curry, sausages etc.
