6 cloves garlic, finely chopped (save some for sauteeing)
1/2 onion, finely chopped (save some for sauteeing)
1 tb. tomato paste (dilute)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cheese (parmesan, mozzarella, cheddar, or combo)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbs. cooking oil
1 cup water

Blanch whole cabbage. Set aside.
In a big bowl, combine minced pork, mushroom, garlic, garlic, shallot, salt and pepper
Put meat mixture in the centre of each cabbage leaf, and roll up, tucking in ends. Repeat the process, until you use up all of the meat mixture/cabbage leaves.
Put oil in a pan, add some of the garlic and onions. Saute'. Add tomato sauce and diluted tomato paste. Then, gradually add the water. Add the cabbage rolls. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the sauce is slightly reduced. Then, add cheese. Cover and simmer in a medium low heat for another 10 minutes (If it's too sour for your liking, add a little bit of hot water or just add more cheese.)
