As with most wraps, it's all about preference. And for me, this combination is everything I dream about in a wrap (and trust me I dream about food a lot). So use this recipe as a basis to stuff, fill & top with whatever you fancy! Enjoy
In a side bowl, add your paprika, cayenne/black pepper, chilli flakes, garlic and salt. Mix together with the lime juice until a paste-like mixture forms. Slice your chicken into strips and with your hands, coat the strips with your spicy paste, ensuring all has been mixed and soaked up. Leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Add to a pan of olive oil and fry over medium heat until white throughout and all the moisture has been soaked up.
Split your ingredients in two and assemble the wraps to your preference (photo for inspiration).
