Place your pasta in some salted water and cook accordingly. This should only take around 3 to 4 minutes. When it's cooked, toss in olive oil to prevent from sticking (just before adding to the pan of garlic, onion etc)
Heat up some oil in a large pan and lightly fry the garlic. Throw in your onion, tuna, chilli and 1 whole lime's juice. Add in your pasta and gently toss to soak up all the flavour.
Add in your parsley, lime wedges, salt and pepper to taste then a light dash of olive oil if it needs it.
