Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

    Get your 'five-a-day' in a single glass with this delicious and high energy breakfast smoothie.

    • 1 Banana - peeled
    • 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
    • 3 tablespoons probiotic yoghurt
    • 1 multivitamin tablet
    • 300ml orange juice - chilled


    1. Put banana, blueberries, yoghurt and multivitamin tablet into a blending jug.
    2. Top up with OJ to required volume and blend.
    3. Enjoy!!
