Delicious Moist Banana Cake

Ingredients
Makes: 1 cake
- 3 over ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a cake tin then line the bottom with baking paper.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a small bowl.
- Add all the ingredients into a large bowl together then mix by hand.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin then place it into the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- When its baked, leave it to cool.
