Delicious Moist Banana Cake

    This a favourite recipe with my family and friends, and if you love your cakes moist you will love it too!

    Makes: 1 cake

    • 3 over ripe bananas, mashed
    • 2 cups self raising flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup coconut milk
    • 1/4 cup coconut oil
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a cake tin then line the bottom with baking paper.
    2. Mash the bananas with a fork in a small bowl.
    3. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl together then mix by hand.
    4. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin then place it into the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    5. When its baked, leave it to cool.
