Easiest Chocolate Mousse Ever

Using only 3 ingredients, this is the smoothest, most chocolatey mousse you will ever whip up. Perfect for a quick easy dessert.

Serves: 6 

  • 300g dark cooking chocolate, broken up
  • 1 cup chocolate custard, store bought
  • 1 1/2 cups thickened cream, whipped

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours20min 

  1. In a heatproof bowl, over a saucepan of boiling water, melt the chocolate with the custard. Stir until smooth, then cool.
  2. Fold the cream into the chocolate mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon into wide glasses, such as whisky glasses, or keep in one bowl.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Decorate as desired to serve.
