Easiest Chocolate Mousse Ever
Using only 3 ingredients, this is the smoothest, most chocolatey mousse you will ever whip up. Perfect for a quick easy dessert.

300g dark cooking chocolate, broken up
1 cup chocolate custard, store bought
1 1/2 cups thickened cream, whipped
Extra time:2hours chilling ›
- In a heatproof bowl, over a saucepan of boiling water, melt the chocolate with the custard. Stir until smooth, then cool.
- Fold the cream into the chocolate mix until well combined.
- Spoon into wide glasses, such as whisky glasses, or keep in one bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Decorate as desired to serve.
