    Serves: 8 

    • 2 cups self raising flour
    • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
    • 1/3 caster sugar
    • 1/2 cup choc bits
    • 1/2 cup pistachios
    • 60g butter, melted
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 1/2 cup nutella
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup sour cream

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease 12 hole muffin tray.
    2. Sift the flour and cocoa into a large bowl then stir in the sugar, choc bits and pistachios.
    3. Stir in the melted butter, egg, nutella, milk and sour cream.
    4. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tray. Bake in the preheated oven about 20 minutes.

    These muffins were really good. The mixture was thick and I didn't add the nuts. The muffins themselves were a bit crumbly though. Would make these again.  -  09 Oct 2016
