- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 caster sugar
- 1/2 cup choc bits
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 60g butter, melted
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup nutella
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease 12 hole muffin tray.
- Sift the flour and cocoa into a large bowl then stir in the sugar, choc bits and pistachios.
- Stir in the melted butter, egg, nutella, milk and sour cream.
- Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tray. Bake in the preheated oven about 20 minutes.

These muffins were really good. The mixture was thick and I didn't add the nuts. The muffins themselves were a bit crumbly though. Would make these again. - 09 Oct 2016
