Spicy Parmesan Potato Wedges

    Delicious potato wedges with spicy chilli and garlic seasoning. A sprinkling of parmesan cheese over the top, tantalizes the taste buds.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1kg large new potatoes, skin on
    • drizzle olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons chilli and garlic seasoning
    • extra sharp parmesan cheese, grated

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line the bottom of large baking tray with baking paper.
    2. Cut each potato into 8 wedges, then place potato wedges into a bowl and drizzle with oil (just enough to coat them).
    3. Sprinkle with the seasoning and mix until the wedges are well coated with the oil and seasoning.
    4. Place on the oven tray and cook for an hour or until the wedges are golden and cooked through.
    5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges and cook until the cheese is melted and golden.
