Place beef, Tandaco stuffing mix, parsley, onion, garlic, egg and 2 tbs Fountain Chipotle sauce in a bowl. Season with Saxa salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix well until evenly combined.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Use your hands to shape each portion into a patty about 1.5cm thick.
Place patties in a single layer on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Brush patties with oil, then cook for 8-10 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Toast buns. Fill buns with cheese, tomato, lettuce and patties. Add extra Fountain Chipotle sauce.
