In a food processor add eggs, pecans or walnuts, onion, soy sauce and cottage cheese process until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add breadcrumbs, oats, salt ,pepper and mixed herbs. Stir to combine.
Cut each sheet of pastry in half and spoon mixture along one edge. Brush other edge with the milk. Roll to enclose filling with pastry repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
Cut each roll to 3 even lengths. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
If serving at a party you may want to cut the sausage rolls smaller. Serve with bbq or tomato sauce if desired. Great for lunch.
