Sweet Chicken Drumstick Stew
A hearty meal for a cold winter's night, and with a splash of chilli it is perfect. It also contains, corn, carrot and capsicum.

5 carrots diced
1 large capsicum
6 litre chicken stock
1 tin corn
6-8 chicken drumsticks
1/2 a cup sweet soy sauce
- Dice the onion, carrot and capsicum then place them into a large saucepan full of chicken stock with the corn.
- Add chicken drumsticks to the stew, then add the sweet soy sauce.
- Let the stew simmer on a low heat for around 2 hours.
- Remove chicken meat from bones and discard bones. Serve with bread rolls.
Add more stock cubes to stew if flavour not strong enough.
