I came up with this recipe one day when I was making curried sausages, I love the nice sweetness of the meal, but the curry kick that also comes with it. It is a favourite in my house hold.
Its a good recipe. I added bell pepper, onion, onion powder, minced garlic, pepper salt curry, ginger, and garlic salt, water, tomato sauce, chicken bouillon and a tiny bit of whole milk. I normally would use chicken for curry but I woke up late in day and the sausage was there handy though I don't like sausage. This was quick and easy. Simple recipe. I've never really made curried sausages before without the recipe base. Came out well, was pleasantly surprised. I used pizza sauce instead of tomato paste, used half an onion plus a bit of dried onion, and threw in a bit of fresh coriander at the end. Also used fresh veg. Even the old man liked it (hooray - no complaints!!). - 23 Feb 2018
A great recipe added extra curry powder to our taste, let it sit for couple of hours for curry to blend with tomatoes. Will make this dish again - 05 Feb 2018
