Red Cabbage and Spring Onion Pickle

    A super easy side dish to add zing to any meal and only 39 calories per serve. This recipe goes well with many curries.

    Serves: 2 

    • 150g red cabbage, chopped
    • 50g spring onions, diagonally sliced
    • 4 tablespoons malt vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala

    Preparation:5min  ›  Extra time:30min marinating  ›  Ready in:35min 

    1. Combine ingredients in a glass or crockery bowl and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes.


    Serve as a low calorie accompaniment to a curry, in place of rice.
