    A slightly tangy but creamy ice cream loved by all the family on its first attempt. A quick and easy ice cream dessert for making in the ice cream maker.

    Serves: 8 

    • 100g raspberries
    • 100g blueberries
    • 150g strawberries, hulled and halved
    • 350ml plain yoghurt
    • 350ml thickened cream
    • 175g caster sugar
    • 3 dessertspoons (40ml) lemon juice

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, or food processor, then pulse until fairly smooth.
    2. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze as per your ice cream maker's instructions. This will be in the range of 35 minutes.
