Ingredients
Serves: 1
25g cooked beetroot
2 tablespoons rolled oats
100g blueberries
150ml fat free natural yoghurt
100ml apple juice
Directions Preparation:3min › Ready in:3min
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Tip
Use other soft fruit or orange juice instead of apple juice. Try replacing the oats with wheatgerm. For extra sweetness try adding 1 tablespoon clear honey.
