Banana, Apple and Peach Smoothie

    A healthy, light smoothie ideal for having as a substitute for snacking. A great option for getting in your five a day.

    Serves: 1 

    • 180g natural fat free yoghurt
    • 340ml milk
    • 3 bananas, sliced
    • 1 apple, cored and sliced
    • 2 peaches, stoned and sliced
    • sugar, to taste

    1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the sugar, into a blender then blend until it reaches a desired consistency. Taste test and add sugar if needed. Serve in a chilled glass.

    A Sweeter Subsitution

    Nectarines can be used in place of the peaches for a sweeter taste.
