Quick Chilli Turkey Fillets

    A simple and inexpensive recipe with the assertive flavours of lemon and green chilli paste. This is great served simply with a green salad and couscous.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
    • 4 turkey fillets

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Mix together the oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and green chilli paste in a bowl and add the turkey fillets, turning them to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
    2. Heat a ridged gridle pan until smoking hot. Add the turkey and sear on both sides to get good grill marks.
    3. Turn the heat down, sprinkle over the last tablespoon of lemon juice, and let the turkey cook through, about 10 minutes.
