Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease two baking trays.
Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl. Add the artificial sweetener, rolled oats and raisins then mix well.
Melt the margarine (a minute or two in the microwave) then pour over the dry mixture. Add egg whites as well as maple syrup or honey and mix it all together until it resembles a sticky mess and there are no dry pockets. Place dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray about 6cm big.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before enjoying.
