    This was a favourite of my mum`s and was a supper time favourite.

    Serves: 4 

    • 450g of sausage meat
    • 150g cheese
    • sage and onion seasoning
    • frozen puff pastry

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:50min  ›  Ready in:1hour5min 

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
    2. Place the sausage meat, cheese, sage and onion into a bowl and mix well.
    3. Lay out the puff pastry on a floured surface then take the mixture and spread out evenly. Roll the pastry up like a swiss roll.
    4. The cut into even slices. Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 50 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. For best results leave until cold before eating.
