A tian is a dish originating from Provence which usually includes layered vegetables. This is my own version adapted so it can make a complete meal. I use quinoa but you can use pretty much any other wholegrain. You'll just have to adapt the cooking time.
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 medium zucchini, sliced 5mm thick
1 garlic clove, diced
salt and black pepper, to taste
50g Parmesan cheese, grated
50g Cheddar cheese, grated
