I have recently fallen in love with savoury muffins and this is the latest of my creations. The better the goats cheese, the better the muffins.

Be the first to make this!

    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    • 50g softened butter
    • 1 egg
    • 120ml milk
    • 50g black olives, finely diced
    • 50g crumbled goats cheese

Sorry i didnt think this recipe was very good. They tasted ok when you got a bit of olive or cheese but the batter mix was very bland and tasteless otherwise  -  06 Apr 2015  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
