Ingredients
Serves: 12
5 cloves garlic, finely diced
1 (800g) tin tuna
1 small onion, finely diced
3 tomatoes, finely diced
1 small tin anchovies
green olives, finely diced
Tabasco chilli sauce, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
8 mint leaves
5 basil leaves
vinegar, to taste
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato puree, or as required

Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine and blend. If it is a pale white colour add more tomato puree to adjust the colour. If it is runny you can add some soft bread that will absorb the moisture and can be combine in.
