    This recipe uses only four ingredients and less than half an hour to make and bake, but these orange biscuits taste like you spent hours in the kitchen!

    Makes: 1 dozen biscuits

    • 100g cooking margarine
    • 50g caster sugar
    • 100g self raising flour
    • 1 orange, zested

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Lightly butter a baking tray.
    2. Cream margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy then stir in flour and zest.
    3. Divide mixture into balls and spread evenly on the prepared baking tray. Lightly press into each ball with the back of a fork to flatten slightly.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
