A dessert that I can set fire to. That is a recipe I am interested in making! Plus it means there is a whole bottle of rum left to drink :)
30g brown sugar
50ml orange juice
25ml lemon juice
25ml dark rum
- Melt the butter and sugar together until it starts to caramelize.
- Add the pealed and quartered bananas (one slice longways, one slice shortways).
- Add the orange juice, lemon juice and rum. When it heats it will be ready to flambe. Light and let the alcohol from the rum burn off.
