Have you tried diet after diet with no success? It’s become common knowledge that fad diets aren’t a long term fix and you need to adopt a healthy lifestyle for changes to stick.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 avocados
  • 6 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • 5 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • few drops vanilla extract, to taste
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups coconut water

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Put ingredients in blender. Start with 1 cup coconut water then add more if needed to make a smooth consistency.
  2. Spoon into glasses and refrigerate for an hour to set.
  3. Serve with a sprig mint.
