Blender Bloody Mary

    Well it isn't exactly a healthy drink, but probably is the healthiest cocktail you can make. I find it is wonderful as an entree before a meal or a brunch starter.

    Serves: 2 

    • Blender
    • 6 fresh ripe sweet tomatoes, chopped
    • 1/4 onion, chopped
    • 2 sticks celery, chopped
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 measures vodka
    • a dash of Tabasco sauce
    • a dash of Worcestshire sauce
    • To Serve
    • ice cubes
    • 1 celery stick
    • a pinch celery salt

    1. Add the tomatoes, onion, celery and water to a blender or similar then puree to a tomato juice.
    2. Add the vodka, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce then pulse blend to combine.
    3. Strain into 2 glasses then add the ice. Garnish with celery and a sprinkling of celery salt.
