Combine the sausage meat with the packet soup and egg then mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts.
Lay the puff pastry sheets out then cut in half. Add the sausage meat along one side then roll it up to create the roll. Using the back of a knife push down in even intervals to create to place where the roll can later be cut up to make smaller portions.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes or until the sausage meat is cooked all the way through.
