Simple Jelly and Cream Dessert

    This is my go to dessert when there are a lot of kids around, by putting it in individual serves then there is also less arguments over 'there serve is bigger than mine' nor leftovers to be squabbled over.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 packets green jelly
    • 1 packet red jelly
    • 2 cups whipped cream

    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:2hours chilling  ›  Ready in:2hours10min 

    1. Identify the individual serving glasses and measure their volume an compare to the amount of jelly being made to make sure that they will be 'full'.
    2. Make the green jellies in a large bowl to the packets specifications.
    3. When the jelly is cool, pour evenly into the serving glasses, leaving room for the red jelly and the cream. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
    4. Make the red jelly in a large bowl to the packets specifications. Place in the fridge, when cool, but not set, pour onto the green jelly. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
    5. To serve, top with whipped cream.
