It was probably my oven (wasn't heating properly, took over 30 mins to cook), but this was not my favourite scone recipe. They were a bit rubbery inside, even though I made sure not to over mix the dough.
Saying that, it's a super easy recipe & I used the ingredients I had in the fridge. Would try it again once I get my oven sorted.
NB: I didn't include the lemon rind as I was planning on serving with jam & cream. - 03 Sep 2016
