Chocolate, Strawberry and Nutella Doughnuts

    My adaptation of the 2 ingredient doughnut recipe. It uses cocoa and strawberry yoghurt for flavour and Nutella for filling.

    Makes: 12 doughnuts

    • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
    • 1 tablespoon cocoa
    • 1 (175g) tub strawberry yoghurt
    • oil, for deep frying
    • sugar and Nutella(TM) to serve

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Mix the flour, cocoa and yoghurt together. Knead till smooth. Roll into 12 balls.
    2. Deep fry on medium heat until cooked.
    3. Roll in sugar.
    4. Using a squirt bottle, fill doughnuts with Nutella. Serve warm.
