    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 plain bagels
    • 2 small tub cream cheese
    • 4 large slices of lox, or smoked salmon
    • garnish like parsley, capers, and/or sliced red onion

    1. Half the bagels and spread the cut side thickly with cream cheese.
    2. Decoratively arrange the salmon on top. Garnish as desired.
