    Makes: 4 tarts

    • 1 sheet puff pastry
    • 1 apple
    • ground cinnamon, as desired
    • honey, as desired

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min

    1. First you'll need to let your puff pastry defrost, about 5-10 minutes. Preheat your oven to about 230 degrees C 200 degrees C fan forced.
    2. Cut the puff pastry using a knife into 4 quarters. Transfer the puff pastry slices onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    3. Lightly outline a large circle in the middle of each puff pastry square.
    4. Slice up your apple into thin rounds on its side, so that they look like a circle.
    5. Place one or two pieces of sliced apple onto each puff pastry square so that they fill up the hole outline in the middle of the squares.
    6. Sprinkle some cinnamon (however much you like) onto each tart.
    7. Place tarts into the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the puff pastry has puffed up and has a light brown/golden colour to it.
    8. Take your tarts out of the oven and drizzle some honey on each one while they are hot.
    9. Let them cool and they are ready to eat almost instantly! Enjoy :)
